Payment options
For safe, secure and easy payments, manongarritsen offers three ways to pay: with iDEAL, PayPal (for creditcards) or by bank transfer.
When you use online banking with ABN AMRO, Fortis, Postbank, Rabobank or SNS Bank, you can pay directly with iDEAL. iDEAL is the system that link you directly to your Internet Banking application from your own bank. When you choose this payment method, click the iDEAL payment button and select your bank. You will be connected to the Internet banking application from your bank, where after logging in the payment order is ready. Here you authorize your payment as you normally do. The amount will then be debited from your checking account.
PayPal (inter alia for credit cards: MasterCard & VISA)
In order to pay through PayPal, you need a PayPal account. The PayPal account can be requested through www.paypal.nl. Your bank account or credit card is linked to your PayPal account. To send a payment to manongarritsen, you only fill in the email address of manongarritsen.com. Once you have approved the payment, PayPal will debite the amount automatically from your account balance or your credit card. Your credit card details are not stored and are only used for one-time payment of your order. You can also securely store data for future orders with PayPal.
Bank transfer
Should you prefer not to pay online you can also transfer the amount to our account. It may take some days before we receive your payment. Once we have received your payment we will ship your order to you. Any costs of transferring from a foreign bank account are to the buyer.

Shipping
We strive to deliver your order within the Netherlands within 1-3 days after payment. Orders abroad will take some more time. On this page you will find information about our delivery and any shipping costs.
Delivery
We ship your package with TNT Post. We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible at TNT Post, for you to receive your order the next day. When the articles have been ordered and paid online (from Monday to Friday) before 14:00, your order will be delivered the next working day in principle. Orders placed on weekends (after 14.00 Friday, Saturday and Sunday) will be delivered on Tuesday. It is possible that TNT Post won't deliver within one day. Unfortunately manongarritsen has no influence on this.
When we have delivered the package at TNT Post, we will send you a confirmation email. In this email you will find a Track & Trace code of TNT, so you can trace your order and see when you will receive your order. Through www.tracktrace.nl you can always trace your order. Now it may happen that you are not at home when the postman delivers your package. If you are not at home, TNT Post will come back the next day exept for Sundays. If your package cannot be delivered a second time, you will receive a notification from TNT Post, which states where to collect your package (the nearest post office or your neighbours). This way, you do not have to stay at home and still receive your order quickly
Shipping costs
Shipments are carried by TNT Post and are sent via regular mail. The shipping costs within the Netherlands vary by product depending on the size of the package. Within the EU we charge the following contributions: iPhone or iPod Touch covers: free | A3 bags, MacBook and iPad sleeves and cushions: € 5,-. Outside the EU we charge: iPhone or iPod Touch covers: free | A3 bags, MacBook and iPad sleeves and cushions: € 7,50.
For orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any import taxes. Manongarritsen has no influence on these charges and can not be held liable.
Returns
We're committed to inform you about the products through our website. If a product still can not meet your expectations, you are always allowed to return the unused product in original packing within 10 days *. Before you send the product back to us, always inform us about your wish to return the product. You can use our contact details on the contact page on our website. Products that have not been reported and received by us within the prescribed period are not accepted. When received your return, we will send you a new copy or refund the purchase price. Both the message and the receipt of your return will be sent via e-mail. The shipment costs of the return are for the buyer.
* When returning a purchase, the following conditions are applicable: the returned items must still be provided with labels and be returned in the original packaging and will not be reversed if 1 | the products are used and / or washed, 2 | you have tried to restore a defect, and 3 | the instructions for use were not followed.
Complaints
Do you have a complaint about a product or the delivery of your order? We invite you phone us or to send the complaint by e-mail within a few days. We will, in consultation with you, resolve the problem as soon as possible. When your e-mail us, please let us know your order number and telephone number so that we can contact you.
